Clark Stoner is a California native and graduate of San Diego State University. Mr. Stoner’s engineering career began in the mid‐1990s working for multi‐national consulting engineering firms on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in southern California, the southwestern United States, and the United Kingdom. In 2003, Mr. Stoner ventured into private practice focusing on custom residential and commercial design and forensic consulting. Mr. Stoner’s practice soon morphed into the design and construction layout of boutique community markets, medical office and outpatient facilities, hotels and mid‐sized amusement parks. During that period, Mr. Stoner also developed within his professional repertoire some high profile forensic land use consulting, forensic engineering and registration as a professional land surveyor. Mr. Stoner and Mr. Moll founded Bear Flag Engineering, Inc. in late 2015. Clark is passionate about his work, his wife Whitney, their sons Cash and Hank and daughter Faith.
